Role Overview
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong eye for design and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences. You will be responsible for designing engaging and visually appealing interfaces for our websites and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve user interfaces and experiences for our websites and internal/external platforms.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate how sites and applications function and look.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into effective designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs meet user needs.
- Maintain a consistent design language across all digital products.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.
Requirements - 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in web and app design.
- Proficiency in leading UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing for responsive web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Ability to translate business goals and user needs into elegant, functional design solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills - Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Miro, InVision, or Notion for collaboration and prototyping.
